I’m so excited! Booking in Biloxi 2017 is in just under 2 weeks. I’ll be there signing copies of Biloxi Sunrise (with the novella A Biloxi Christmas included) and Biloxi Blue. I’ll have SPECIAL SHOW PRICING on the print editions and lots of swag to share with readers.
The event will be at the IP Casino, Resort & Spa, and there will be dozens of authors there. Tickets are $5 each through Eventbrite, but I’m giving away two FREE tickets. All you have to do to be included in the drawing for the tickets it to sign up for my newsletter. Just fill out the form below, and you’ll automatically be entered. Contest ends at midnight (central time) on Sunday, March 19th. Winners will be notified by email the morning of March 20th.
I’ll only be sending out one or two newsletters each month, so I won’t be overrun your email box. And I won’t sell your email addresses to anyone else. So, join the newsletter! And I’ll see you in Biloxi!
Christmas is just around the corner, and I’ve been rushing around trying to accomplish all kinds of things before it gets here. Christmas shopping is high on the list, of course, but taking precedence over that is…BOOKS! Of course. Not just Biloxi Blue, either.
I partnered up with a writer/editor that I respect tremendously, and I have had the great pleasure of helping her to publish a workbook for writers. Remember back in September when I wrote about growth and developmental editors? Well, there you have it. Beth (Jaden) Terrell has given me the distinct pleasure of publishing her newest book, Question Me a Novel: A Workbook for Crime Fiction Writers. Kudos to Michael R. Hicks for the beautiful cover!
The book releases in print and Kindle formats December 15th. The Amazon.com pre-order for the Kindle edition will be live soon. I’ll announce all the details here as soon as I have them.
Until then, friends, Happy Holidays! Have fun shopping, but be sure to take a break from the holiday madness to remember the things that make you uniquely average. Enjoy your friends and family, and drink fully from life. We’ll get back to regularly scheduled (and somewhat serious) stuff in January. Cheers!
